  • Tess McHenry, CSW

    President/Owner

Nothing gives me greater pleasure than knowing I have made a positive difference in the lives of the families and seniors in my community. Having assisted thousands of families in my earlier role as a Senior Living Advisor, I have been in the front lines holding their hands while they make one of the most difficult decisions in their life. I am now blessed to work in harmony with the many professionals in our community who also offer “senior provided” services. I know together we can be the connection families so desperately need during this challenging chapter. Together we work to inform and empower families in this senior care maze ensuring families can make the best choices possible regarding senior housing or care. I am also the President and Founder of Everything Eldercare, which is a networking group of professionals in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.

  • Amy Roudebush, CDP

    Community Liaison/Family Advisor

My journey to senior living started years ago when my mother was diagnosed with dementia. Having no family in the area to help me work through the maze, I had no idea where to start or what to do. This experience drove me to make a career change. I knew that if I could help just even one family avoid the challenges I had been through it would be worth it. It turns out that senior living is my calling and I have never looked back. I will continue to support your family, offering ongoing advocacy after a solution is found. Even after the transition is made, we remain committed to supporting and advocating for your family. I look forward to guiding you every step of the way and beyond.

  • Jami Spivey, RN

’ve been a Registered Nurse since 2010 and have dedicated my career to caring for seniors. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience across hospice, rehab, skilled nursing, occupational health, and home health care, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the needs of aging adults. Since 2015, I’ve worked throughout the Cincinnati area as a field nurse and liaison, supporting older adults and their families with compassion and expertise. My passion has always been helping others—especially seniors. They’ve lived rich, meaningful lives, and I love hearing their stories and being there when they need support most. As a lifelong Cincinnati resident, I’m grateful to serve my community and look forward to helping families navigate senior care with confidence and peace of mind.

  • Mary Mendel, Business Development

With more than 25 years of experience in business-to-business sales, I’ve built a career on connecting people, nurturing relationships, and helping others succeed—earning me the nicknames “The Connector”. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong network of trusted referral partners and perfected a system of networking that creates meaningful, lasting connections for those working toward a common goal. My career shifted in 2019 when I entered the health care field, and I instantly knew I had found my calling. For the first time, I was surrounded by partners focused on one mission—putting families first. I’m grateful to be part of the Eldercare Connections team, where I can use my experience, energy, and passion to guide families with compassion and purpose. I truly believe God led me to this work, and I’m committed to using my gifts to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families throughout our community.

  • Donna Green, Business Development

My passion for helping families began long before I entered the senior care profession. Like many of the families I serve, I have personally faced the challenge of making important care decisions for loved ones. Through those experiences, I gained a deep understanding of the emotions, questions, and uncertainties that come with navigating healthcare and senior living options. As the mother of a daughter with complex medical needs, I understand firsthand the challenges families face when navigating care decisions. Those experiences inspired me to help seniors and their families find the guidance, support, and peace of mind they deserve. Originally from the hills of West Virginia, I now share my life with my husband, Randy, our four wonderful daughters, and two spoiled cats. When I'm not helping families, you'll find me tending to my flower gardens, spending time with loved ones, or planning my next trip to the beach. I look forward to building lasting relationships throughout the community and serving as a trusted resource for families, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
